All files for embroidery need to be digitized to determine stitch count. This is the process of converting the artwork into commands that can be read by an embroidery machine. You can get your own files digitized (.PES) or we can provide this service for $35. It’s a one time logo set up fee.
Once your logo is digitized, we can give you an accurate quote based off of what the file tells us.
